The Roofing Specialists Ltd undertook the reroof of this property Late November 2010. 
The original roof was a Hardie's shingle product.  We undertook a re-purlin as the existing purlins were in a poor state.
Due to the roof being such a steep pitch and above 3.0m from the ground the entire house was scaffolded.

Installation of Plywood and 1.5mm Black Butynol to flat roof area
Spouting: Colorsteel OG Profile (Colour: Titania)
